These issues are Business Critical. For example, the issue prohibits a customer(s) or team members the ability to access the website, functions within the account section or complete an order. The issue has a direct and immediate impact on your business.

Has significant impact or are important but not business critical.

Have isolated impact and may have workarounds. Most issues are considered low.

Low |
For the submissions over email or online, please state the priority in the subject field. E.g. Subject = “[Urgent] This is an urgent bug”, Subject = “[Low] Not very important bug”.
