Issue Priorities

Urgent (Business Critical)
These issues are Business Critical. For example, the issue prohibits a customer(s) or team members the ability to access the website, functions within the account section or complete an order. The issue has a direct and immediate impact on your business.
High Has significant impact or are important but not business critical.
Normal Have isolated impact and may have workarounds. Most issues are considered low.
Low

For the submissions over email or online, please state the priority in the subject field. E.g. Subject = “[Urgent] This is an urgent bug”, Subject = “[Low] Not very important bug”.
